IT PASSED!

Thank you Rep. Mark Gleason and Sen. Julie Sabo!!

SF 2049 (originally Mark Gleason's HF 1764) passed in the House today (5-9- 01). It had already passed in the Senate. This bill protects the flow to and from the Coldwater springs and enlarges the boundaries of historically protected land to include the spring outflow and reservoir–and part of the Bureau of Mines land.

Now the bill goes to the governor for signature within 10 days.

We have support for our 2 bills from the Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) and Ames Construction builders of the 55/62 interchange.

Our other bill, Rep. Margaret Kelliher's HF 2187 (SF 2170 authored by Sen. Julie Sabo) has passed the House as part of the Omnibus Environmental bill HF 766. This bill still needs to get passed on the floor of the Senate.

Thanks for all your support!
We are almost there....Keep those calls coming!
