Bruce White is speaking on April 7, 2001 to the Annual Meeting of the Friends of the Sibley Historic Site on the topic of "Camp Coldwater and the Future of Historic Preservation in the Fort Snelling Area." From Minneapolis:
Go east across the Mendota Bridge, stay in right lane and follow signs to Highway 13 South, which is the Sibley Memorial Highway. Go south about 2 miles to the Lost Spur, which will be on the left or east side of the highway, as you are heading south.

From St. Paul:
Take 35E South Highway 110. Go west on Highway 110 and follow signs to Highway 13 South. Go about 2
miles south on Highway 13, which is the Sibley Memorial Highway. The Lost Spur will be on the left or east side of the highway, as you are heading south.
