Nestled in the trees along the river, sandwiched between public buildings and highways, is a unique and singularly beautiful historic area, a place to be treasured and preserved, a place sacred to Native Americans and the site of first settlement in the Minnesota region.
Reproductions of sixteen historic paintings, drawings, and photographs record some of the characteristics that make Camp Coldwater so important.
